God has been crafting a new program at Dickson Valley.
Each year, between summers, Dickson Valley Camp & Retreat Center has been blessed to draw on the help of a few college-age young adults living on-site who have been mentored to take their next step into adulthood and discipleship in Christ.
We are pleased to expand this into a complete program with space for three who will live in camp-provided housing. Through passionate leadership and supportive donors, we have brought together professionals and resources to invest in these lives as they venture into the world God has called them to.

Because of generous donors, we can offer a significant leadership development residency to prepare you for your next step.
Participants will follow a dynamic weekly program schedule designed by the DV staff to experience deep discipleship and authentic community while together seeking what God has created you for and what your next step is. We will walk through a finance course with you and learn other practical life skills throughout the term. There will be off-site trips and work with many different churches to help run Dickson Valley retreats and projects to learn and takeaways from each one.
$240 salary per week
Weekly schedule Wednesday - Sunday
Live in on-site housing in a lodge with other staff
Meals are provided while working, and some food available for personal cooking
Move-in week of August 12-15
